For ordering smartphones you have to pay an advance amount for the security purpose, i.e.

If Phone price is less than 60,000/- then security amount will be 5000/-

If Phone price is more than 60,000/- then security amount will be 10,000/-

If Phone price is more than 100,000/- then security amount will be 20,000/-

Rest of the amount will be paid on delivery.

No advance amount for IOT devices.

If the parcel is not received by the customer an amount of 1000 Rs will be deducted from the advance amount and rest of the amount will be transferred back to the account.
